Wow I feel like updating my blog today! Hehe anyway everytime when I log in to My Yahoo!, I'm always provided with a Word of the Day, and here's today's word. For some weird reason, I feel that I'm going to use this word some time in the future, so I decided to put it here.

DEFINITION: (noun) calmness of mind, especially under stress
EXAMPLE: Roosevelt had the gift of facing the great crises of his presidency (the Depression and the Second World War) with equanimity and even humor.
